This week there were 44 runners, of whom 4 were first timers and 8 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 6 different athletics clubs took part.

Thank you to our amazing volunteers! Volunteering provides enjoyment, satisfaction and allows people to give back to their community, and without volunteers, parkrun would not be possible. In order for parkrun to run, every week we will need some amazing people to volunteer. If you would like to volunteer at Frog Hollow, you can email us at

Froghollowhelpers@parkrun.com or let us know in person at Frog Hollow parkrun where we will be each Saturday morning! So that everyone can have an opportunity to run, we ask that runners volunteer just 3 times a year.

Please check the future roster at

We are very grateful to the volunteers who made this event happen: Lisa BANFIELD, Renae BARRETT, Sandra BROADBENT, James CATCHPOLE, Jack LAZARIDIS, Tim LEAK, Cailum MAZZANTI
