Thank you to our amazing volunteers! Volunteering provides enjoyment, satisfaction and allows people to give back to their community, and without volunteers, parkrun would not be possible. In order for parkrun to run, every week we will need some amazing people to volunteer. If you would like to volunteer at Frog Hollow, you can email us at
Froghollowhelpers@parkrun.com or let us know in person at Frog Hollow parkrun where we will be each Saturday morning! So that everyone can have an opportunity to run, we ask that runners volunteer just 3 times a year.
